What this engagement is

General-purpose chatbots guess about your business because they have never read your documents. We build a retrieval-augmented assistant over the content you provide, whether policies, product manuals, support articles or contracts. Documents are chunked and embedded into a vector store, retrieval is tuned against a question set you approve, and every answer cites the paragraph it came from. When the documents hold no answer, the assistant says so plainly, and we measure that behaviour before handover rather than taking it on trust.
