Overview
Manual deployments tend to fail at the least convenient moment, often because the one person who knows the steps is unavailable. We build a CI/CD pipeline across up to three repositories: linting and tests on every pull request, container images built and tagged on merge, automatic deployment to staging, and production releases behind an approval gate. Rolling back becomes a single workflow run rather than a scramble. Secrets move into properly scoped deployment environments, and caching is tuned so the pipeline stays quick enough for people to rely on it.
