Overview

What this engagement is

Building the wrong product costs far more than building the right one carefully. This sprint tests the idea thoroughly before any code is written. We interview the people who will use the product, map the job they are trying to complete, and draw every flow end to end, including the states that are easily overlooked: empty lists, failures and partial permissions. You leave with annotated wireframes, a prioritised scope divided into launch and later, and a build estimate reliable enough to plan against.
