What this engagement is
Support arrangements tend to break down in one of two ways: no one owns the problem, or the person who does has never opened your code until the day it fails. This retainer begins with an onboarding week in which we learn your system in depth. From then on you receive round-the-clock monitoring, scheduled security patching and 20 hours of engineering time each month for fixes and small enhancements, with response times written into the agreement rather than left to goodwill. Unused hours carry over for one month. The term rolls monthly, so the service has to earn its renewal.
